Common questions
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
emoGlow subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Manage or cancel any time on your device: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → emoGlow. You can also tap Manage Subscription inside the app. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open the app, go to the upgrade screen, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used to subscribe.
What's free, and what's premium?
emoGlow is free to download and start, including daily check-ins and parenting guidance. Premium unlocks unlimited voice & text coaching with Bloom, personalized bedtime stories, photo sync, and advanced tools.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account and associated data directly in the app: Settings → Privacy & Security → Delete Account. This permanently removes your data. If you need help, email support@emoglow.ai.
How is my family's data protected?
Your check-ins and conversations with Bloom are private to you, and you control who can see information for each child. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Is emoGlow a substitute for professional or medical advice?
No. emoGlow offers supportive, research-informed parenting guidance — it is not medical, psychological, or legal advice. If you or your child are in crisis or need professional care, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.
